Mr. Harrison’s practice focuses on inbound and outbound international tax matters for closely-held businesses, high net worth families and family offices, including cross-border income, trust and estate planning. Mr. Harrison has extensive experience in international tax controversy matters at all levels with the Internal Revenue Service, including initial audits, criminal investigations, administrative protests and appeals, private letter ruling requests and United States Tax Court proceedings. Mr. Harrison has also handled numerous remedial compliance and voluntary disclosure matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of Justice.
